What to Expect and What is Expected on Rally Days

We are a small to medium sized club with excellent grounds and an enthusiastic committee of parents dedicated to making pony club a memorable experience for all young people who attend.  Managed and run solely by volunteers.

In order for our Rallies to run well we require a team effort and have put together a few guidelines around what is expected on Rally Days.

No horses to be in area between SJ arena and club rooms / shed. Walking your horse only when moving between Sessions

No Parking of Vehicles, Floats or Riding between the Yards.

Respect

It is the expectation of members of our club that we treat each other with respect. This includes Instructors, Members, Parents/Guardians and Horses. If you have any issues with an individual, please quietly approach a Committee Member to discuss and allow your committee to handle the situation.

We would also ask that parents refrain from interfering or instructing their children while a lesson is in progress. This can cause distraction and possible safety issues. Our instructors are experienced in managing groups of children and horses, they need to be able to concentrate on their lesson, to provide an inclusive, safe and positive experience for all.
